Professor Sir Paul Mellars: New Years Honours 2010
We are delighted to congratulate our long-standing colleague, Paul Mellars, on his inclusion in the New Years Honours list for 2010. Over three decades at Cambridge, Paul has consolidated his position as an international scholar and the major figure in Palaeolithic and Mesolithic archaeology. As well as producing some of the seminal publications in the field, and training several generations of younger scholars, he has also played a central role as member of the Management Committee of the McDonald Institute since its inception.
