I graduated in 2007 with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Biomedical and Forensic science. My previous work focused on designing a DNA system for profiling and identifying forensic botanical evidence to the interspecies and intraspecies level.
I was a senior research technician and part of the horse project team. I assisted the investigation into the geographic patterning of domestic horse genetic variation using genetic markers. I am especially interested in the comparison of different marker systems in relation to genetic distribution patterns.
